Questions, answered.
The things property managers ask us before, during and after a job.
Before the job
Where do you work?
We’re based in Houston and serve all of Texas. We also clean buildings nationwide, from San Francisco to Minneapolis. Tell us where your property is and we’ll confirm availability.
What does drone cleaning cost?
It depends on the size and type of building, the services you need and how much dirt has built up. Every quote is custom and free. See our pricing guide for planning numbers.
What kinds of properties do you clean?
Hotels, hospitals, office buildings, condos, churches, schools, warehouses, water tanks and industrial plants. If it’s hard to reach, we can clean it.
What surfaces can drones clean?
Roofs, solar arrays, glass, facades, billboards, monuments and stadium exteriors. If it’s vertical or hard to reach, chances are we can clean it.
Do I need to provide water or power?
Usually yes: a standard garden-hose hookup and a 110 V outdoor outlet. If your site doesn’t have them, we can bring portable tanks and generators.
How do I get a quote or schedule a cleaning?
Use our contact form, email info@flywashdrone.com or call 1-877-359-9274. You get a custom plan with a clear timeline, usually within a few business hours.
During the job
How long does a drone cleaning take?
Small jobs can be done in under an hour. Large buildings and high-rises can take several hours or a few days. Your free quote always includes a clear time estimate.
What cleaning solutions do you use?
Biodegradable, phosphate-free soft-wash detergents that break down organic stains. For stubborn industrial grime we use specialized degreasers. Everything is rinsed off with fresh water.
Can drone cleaning remove algae, mold and moss?
Yes. Our soft-wash solution removes algae, mold, moss and lichen without damaging shingles or tiles. Treated surfaces stay clean up to three times longer than after pressure washing.
Is drone cleaning safe for solar panels?
Yes. A low-pressure wash with non-abrasive nozzles removes dust, bird droppings and pollen, and can raise energy output by up to 25 percent.
Why choose drones over traditional methods?
No lifts and no scaffolding. It’s faster, uses eco-friendly solutions, and costs less because there’s nothing to rig.
Safety and trust
How do you keep the job safe?
Every pilot is FAA Part 107 certified and carries liability insurance. We survey the site before every flight, and our drones have obstacle-avoidance sensors and backup fail-safes.
Are your pilots certified and insured?
Yes. Every pilot holds the required drone certification plus soft-wash training. We carry full liability and property-damage insurance, and send a certificate of insurance on request.
How often should windows be cleaned?
At least twice a year. The right schedule depends on your building and how clean you want it to look.
Can you remove hard water stains?
Yes. We have the equipment and products to remove hard water stains from glass.
No question matches that. Ask us directly and we’ll reply within 24 hours.
